Note takers

Connect Fireflies or Fathom so your OS can read your calls.

Once connected, your OS can read your meeting recordings, transcripts and summaries. Note takers are private to you by default, since they hold your own calls. If you say connect my meeting notes, your OS asks whether you use Fireflies, Fathom or Zoom.

Fireflies

Say: connect my Fireflies

  1. Open Fireflies and go to Integrations.
  2. Search for “Fireflies API” and open it.
  3. Click Get API Key.
  4. Copy the key and paste it into the form your OS sent.

The form has an Open that page link that goes straight there. The key is a long string of letters and numbers, and it is checked with Fireflies before saving.

Fathom

Say: connect my Fathom

  1. Open Fathom and click Settings.
  2. Go to API Access.
  3. Click Add +, then Generate API Key.
  4. Copy the key and paste it into the form your OS sent.

The key is checked with Fathom before saving.

Sharing call notes with the team

Want the whole team's OS to use your recorder? Change Who can use it to Whole team next to it on your connections page, or connect it shared from the start: connect my Fathom and share it with the team. Each teammate can also connect their own.
