For agencies

Your brand, many clients, support access and credits.

Your brand

Every page your clients see carries your product name, not ours: connect pages ("Secured by your name"), sign-in pages, and the connections page header. Your logo replaces the letter mark on your clients' connections pages.

In your agency console you can change:

A client only shows your brand once they are in your agency. Your agency and new clients are set up by the platform team; from then on you run everything here yourself.

Your agency console

Sign in at /admin/login: type your work email and click the sign-in link we send (it works once, for 15 minutes). A login key still works too. The console carries your product name and logo. From the console you can:

Your agency team

Agency owners invite their own staff from the agency page under Your team: type their email, pick a role, press Send invite. They get an email with a sign-in link that works for 72 hours, then sign in with their email any time.

Send sign-in link emails a staff member a fresh link if theirs ran out. Only the platform team can create clients, move clients between agencies, create agencies or add credits by hand.

Managing many clients

Each client has its own OS, its own connections page and its own team. Nothing is shared between clients: one client's apps, keys and data can never be seen by another.

For ads, connect once at the level you manage them:

Managing a client

On a client's page in your console, press Open as this client. Their connections page opens with a banner: Managing (client) as (your email). You can:

You can never see or touch anyone's private apps, and you never buy credits from a client's page: buy them for your agency wallet from your console. Everything you do is recorded under your email. The session lasts four hours; open the client again from the console to continue.

Credits from your agency wallet

If your agency pays for its clients, every client's AI usage is drawn from your agency wallet. Your balance shows on your agency page.

Rolling out

Buy by card. Agency admins can buy credit packs ($20, $30, $50) for the agency wallet from the agency page. Credits land once the payment clears. Your clients are told their credits are managed by their provider.

Rolling out

Card and auto top-up. Agency owners can save a card on the agency page and turn on auto top-up for the agency wallet: an amount to add, the balance that triggers it, and a monthly limit. It works exactly like auto top-up for a single account. If the card is declined, auto top-up turns off and the agency page says why.

Billing your clients

Rolling out

You bill your own clients. We give you the numbers under Client billing on your agency page, month by month:

  • Markup: what you add on top of our price, from 0% to 500%. Set a default for all clients and change it per client.
  • At your price: what the client used, at your price. This is also what your client sees as Spent in the last 30 days.
  • Your cost: what your agency wallet was charged. A markup never changes this.
  • Your margin: the difference.

Each client has a Statement: a printable page with your product name and logo, usage by day and model at your price, and the month's total. Print it or save it as a PDF and send it with your invoice. CSV downloads the same lines for your books, with your cost and margin added; the CSV linked from the statement itself leaves those out, so it is safe to send to the client.

A markup applies to the month you are looking at as a whole, so set it before you send the statement.
